1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of https://meetandgreetbristolairportparkingservices.co.uk (the "Website").

The Website operates as a booking platform and marketplace facilitator administered by CLOUDINAIRE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLC, acting as the Platform and Merchant of Record for payment processing purposes.

Operational parking and vehicle handling services advertised through the Website are independently provided by one of the following Operational Service Providers, depending on the product selected by the Customer:

CLOUDINAIRE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLC does not directly collect, transport, store, park or handle customer vehicles.

The provision of services is carried out solely on the understanding that the Customer accepts these Terms and Conditions together with the individual operational procedures applicable to the selected parking product.

By using this Website, the Customer agrees to these Terms and Conditions in full.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of England and Wales and shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of England and Wales.

The Website reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. The applicable Terms shall be those published on the Website at the time the booking was made.

Telephone support operates between 08:00 and 00:00 including weekends, excluding Bank Holidays.


2. Booking Confirmation

A booking shall only be considered confirmed once the Customer has received a booking confirmation email containing the booking reference number.

It is the Customer's responsibility to ensure that the booking confirmation email has been received and that all booking details are correct.

If the confirmation email has not been received shortly after booking, the Customer must contact support@goairportparkingbristol.com immediately.

Failure to contact the Company regarding a missing confirmation email may result in refusal of service, cancellation charges or delays on the day of travel.

Bookings are subject to operational availability.

The relevant Operational Service Provider reserves the right to refuse or cancel any booking where operational circumstances prevent fulfilment.

Customers are responsible for ensuring they have read all arrival instructions contained within their confirmation email before travelling.


3. Services

Park & Ride

Customers using Park & Ride must arrive directly at the designated parking facility identified within their confirmation email.

A shuttle transfer service will transport Customers between the parking facility and Bristol Airport.

Transfer times may vary due to traffic conditions, airport restrictions, weather conditions and operational demand.

Customers are responsible for allowing sufficient time for parking, transfers, airport security and airline check-in.

Meet & Greet

Customers using Meet & Greet must attend the designated vehicle handover location stated within their confirmation email.

By handing over the vehicle, the Customer authorises the Operational Service Provider and its authorised drivers to drive, move, transport, store and park the vehicle where reasonably necessary for providing the booked service.

Vehicles may be stored at secure off-site compounds and may be relocated between operational compounds where operationally necessary.

Vehicle return times may vary depending upon airport congestion, weather conditions, operational demand and driver availability.


4. Prices and Payments

All prices displayed on the Website are quoted in Pounds Sterling (GBP £).

Payments collected through the Website are processed by CLOUDINAIRE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLC acting as Merchant of Record on behalf of the relevant Operational Service Provider.

VAT invoices relating to parking services must be requested directly from the Operational Service Provider.


5. Amendments and Cancellations

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.

Bookings cancelled more than 72 hours before the booked arrival time may be eligible for a refund subject to applicable administration charges and any non-refundable booking fees.

Bookings cancelled within 72 hours of arrival are non-refundable.

Saver, Promotional, Mystery and Non-Flexible products remain non-refundable.

Approved cancellations are subject to a £15 administration fee.

Once a cancellation or amendment has been processed it cannot be reversed.

Refunds will be returned to the original payment method.


6. Liability

CLOUDINAIRE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLC acts solely as the booking platform and Merchant of Record.

Responsibility for collecting, moving, parking, storing, handling and returning vehicles rests solely with the Operational Service Provider selected by the Customer.

Vehicles are parked entirely at the owner's risk.

Neither CLOUDINAIRE MANAGEMENT CONSULTANCY LLC nor the Operational Service Provider accepts liability for:

• Theft
• Fire
• Flood damage
• Mechanical failure
• Electrical faults
• Tyre or wheel damage
• Windscreen damage
• Weather damage
• Items left inside vehicles
• Consequential losses
• Missed flights
• Accommodation costs
• Loss of earnings

Liability shall never exceed the value of the parking booking.


7. Damage Claims

All claims for damage must be reported before leaving Bristol Airport whilst the vehicle remains within the care and control of the Operational Service Provider.

Customers must inspect their vehicle immediately upon collection and report any alleged damage directly to the driver before leaving the airport.

No damage or service-related claims will be accepted once the Customer has received the vehicle and left the airport.

Claims should include:

• Timestamped photographs
• Vehicle registration
• Location photographs
• Any sign-off documentation where applicable


8. Vehicle Operations

The Operational Service Provider may:

• Move vehicles between operational compounds
• Store vehicles at secure off-site compounds
• Disable dashcams where necessary for insurance or security purposes
• Require Customers to leave vehicle keys
• Return vehicles subject to traffic conditions, airport restrictions and operational demand

Customers arriving more than four hours early or late may incur an additional £20 operational charge.

Additional late days may incur £20 per day.

Early arrivals may incur a one-off £20 charge.

Customers must remove all valuables before handing over the vehicle.


9. Vehicle Abandonment

Vehicles remaining uncollected for more than 30 days after the booked return date without communication may be treated as abandoned.

Following a further 14-day notice period, the Operational Service Provider reserves the legal right to sell or otherwise dispose of the vehicle in order to recover unpaid parking charges, storage fees and associated costs.
